CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-85-a 3 C-
A RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ACCEPTING A BLANKET WATER
AND SEWER UTILITY EASEMENT OFFERED BY CTB LIMITED FOR
THE WOODMONT TRACT 72-A PROJECT; AND PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION l: That the blanket water and sewer utility easement offered
by CTB Limited for the Woodmont Tract 72-A Project is hereby APPROVED and
ACCEPTED, a copy of said easement being attached hereto as Exhibit A.
SECTION 2: The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to
record said easement in the public records of Broward County, Florida.
SECTION 3: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon
adoption.

BLANKET WATER AND SEWER UTILITY EASEMENT
This Indenture, made this Iq day of JwKk , 1983r, between
the undersigned Grantor, being the owner of the property herein described,
and the City of Tamarac, a municipal corporation existing under the laws
of the State of Florida, whose mailing address is 5811 N.W. 88th Avenue,
Tamarac, Florida 33321, hereinafter referred to as Grantee.
WITNESSETH:
Grantor for and in consideration of the sum of TEN ($10.00) DOLLARS
and other good and valuable consideration to it in hand paid by Grantee,
the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, does hereby grant and convey
to Grantee, its successors and assigns, a nonexclusive blanket easement
for water and sewer utility purposes upon, under and across the following
described land lying and being in Broward County, Florida, to wit:
Parcel 72-A of WOODMONT TRACTS 72--A & 72-C, according
to the Plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 115, Page
22, of the Public Records of Broward County, Florida.
This Blanket Water and Sewer Utility Easement is granted to Grantee
for the specific purpose of installing and maintaining water and sewer
lines and services for the above -described property.
It is acknowledged that the Grantor, or its successors, intends
to construct residential dwellings and other improvements upon the above -
described property, and nothing contained herein shall be deemed to pro-
hibit or restrict Grantor or its successors from constructing any buildings
and improvements upon the property subject to the requirements of Grantee
or any other controlling governmental authority, and upon the construction
of any buildings and improvements upon the property, the easement created
ereby shall be subject to such improvements as are constructed and shall
e used by Grantee in a manner which is consistent with the buildings
and improvements constructed upon the property and which, to the extent
possible, will minimize interference with and will be compatible with
the construction and use of said buildings and improvements.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, Grantor has signed and sealed these presence
