CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-85--Z%
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING APPROPRIATE CITY OFFICIALS
TO CALL THE PERFORMANCE BOND POSTED BY PHILIP L.
FRYBERGH AND/OR JAMALINE PROPERTIES, INC., FOR PUBLIC
IMPROVEMENTS ASSOCIATED WITH PROGRAM UNDERWRITERS
BUILDING; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, Philip L. Frybergh and/or Jamaline Properties, Inc., as
principal, with Hartford Accident and Indemnity Company, as Surety, has filed with
the City a performance bond in the amount of $875.00 to guarantee public improve-
ments associated with the Program Underwriters Building; and
WHEREAS, the bond is due to expire and there is not properly
completed work; and
WHEREAS, the principal has been notified that the work is not
properly completed.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
correct.
SECTION 1: That the recitations set forth above are true and
SECTION 2: That the performance bond in the amount of $875.00,
posted by Philip L.Frybergh and/or Jamlaline Properties, Inc., as principal, with
Hartford Accident and Indemnity Company, as surety, is hereby called by the City
of Tamarac if an extension has not been provided to said bond by July 11, 1985.
SECTION 3: This Resolution shall become effective upon adoption.
