R-85-e�<" 5 A RESOLUTION GRANTING AN EXCEPTION PERMIT TO THE CITY OF TAMARAC, IN LIEU OF SATISFACTION OF THE PLATTING PREREQUISITE AS PROVIDED IN CHAPTER 20 OF THE TAMARAC CODE OF ORDINANCES, FOR TRACT 27 PARK; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE._____ 9 0 WHEREAS, the City of Tamarac requires a temporary ex- 1 ception permit in lieu of satisfying certain platting 2 requirements of Chapter 20 of the Tamarac Code of Ordinances 3 in order to install a water storage reservoir and pump sta- 4 tion at Tract 27 Park; and 5 WHEREAS, the property involved is described on Exhibit 6 "A" attached; and 7 WHEREAS, the property involved is owned by the City of .8 Tamarac. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA: 1 .FACTION 11: That the following findings of fact are made 2 pursuant to Section 20-4 of the Tamarac Code of Ordinances '3 regarding the development of the property involved. I A. An undue hardship would be imposed if all the stand- !5 ards set forth in Chapter 20 were complied with and such I compliance would thus be unreasonable. !7 B. The granting of this exception would not set a �8 precedent in any way for other and unlike conditions. !9 C. Such permit for exception would not be detrimental 'o to the interests of the community as set forth in Chapter 20. ;I D. The property is adequately served with water and sewer facilities and no further construction is contemplated. E. No additional easements, including water, sewer and storm drainage, are required. G. No dedication of recreational land is required under Chapter 20. SECTION-2: That an exception permit is hereby granted to the City of Tamarac, in lieu of satisfaction of the plat- ting requirements of Chapter 20 of the Tamarac Code of Ord- inances for the above described property in order to install a water storage reservoir and pump station at Tract 27 Park.
