3 A RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ACCEPTING A QUIT-
CLAIM DEED FOR 40-FEET ALONG LOTS 22 AND 23,
4 LYONS COMMERCIAL SUBDIVISION #3, ALONG
UNIVERSITY DRIVE OFFERED BY PHILIP FRYBERGH
5 FOR THE UNIVERSITY PARK OFFICE CENTER PROJECT;
AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:

SECTION 1: That the Quit -Claim Deed for 40-feet along

Lots 22 and 23, Lyons Commercial Subdivision #3, along University
9
Drive offered by Philip Frybergh for the University Park Office
10
Center -Project, is HEREBY APPROVED and accepted, a copy of said deed
11
being attached hereto as Exhibit A.

SECTION 2: The City Clerk is hereby authorized and
13
directed to record said deed in the public records of Broward County.
14
SECTION 3: This Resolution shall become effective
15
immediately upon adoption.
