CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-85-
A RESOLUTION RELEASING A CASH WARRANTY BOND
POSTED FOR PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS BY PHILIP
FRYBERGH FOR THE EXECUTIVE CENTER PROJECT;
AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, Philip Frybergh has posted with the City a Cash
Bond in the amount of $5,850.00 to guarantee installation of beauti-
fication at the Executive Center project; and
WHEREAS, the Chief Building Official has found that the
work has been satisfactorily completed and has recommended release
of said bond.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC,1
FLORIDA;
SECTION 1: That the Cash Bond posted by Philip Frybergh
in the amount of $5,850.00 for installation of beautification at the
Executive Center project; is HEREBY RELEASED.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon adoption.
