CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R85-,, .5'/
A RESOLUTION RELEASING CASH WARRANTY BOND
POSTED FOR PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS BY THE BAY
COLONY GROUP FOR LAKE COLONY (BROOKWOOD
GARDENS); AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, The Bay Colony Group has posted with the City
a Cash Bond in the amount of $10,000.00 to guarantee the sanitary
sewer system at Lake Colony (Brookwood Gardens); and
WHEREAS, the Engineering Department found that the work
has been satisfactorily completed and has recommended release of
said bond.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC,1
FLORIDA:
SECTION l: That the Cash Bond posted by The Bay Colony
Group in the amount of $10,000.00 for the sanitary sewer system at
Lake Colony (Brookwood Gardens) is HEREBY RELEASED.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon adoption.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED this day of _ 1985.
