CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-85-
A RESOLUTION RELEASING A PERFORMANCE BOND
POSTED BY MARSTEN LEASING CORPORATION FOR
THE UTILITIES WEST OFFICE BUILDING (BID
#85-3); AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, Marsten Leasing Corporation, as principal,and
Service Insurance Company, as surety, has filed with the City,B.ond No.
2676 in the amount of $116,052.00 for the Utility West Office Build-
ing (Bid #85-3) ; and
WHEREAS, the City Engineering Department has found that the
work has been satisfactorily completed and has recommended release of
said bond upon receipt of a one-year warranty bond in the amount of
$29,013.00.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC,
FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the Bond No. 2676 posted by Marsten Leasing
Corporation, as principal and Service Insurance Company,as surety,
in the amount of $116,052.00 for the Utility West Office Building
is HEREBY RELEASED, subject to receipt of a one-year warranty bond
in the amount of $29,013.00.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately
upon adoption.
