4 A RESOLUTION RELEASING A WARRANTY BOND
POSTED FOR PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS BY BONAIRE
5 ASSOCIATES LTD. FOR WOODMONT TRACTS, 74/75
SITE PLAN 2, PHASE 2; AND PROVIDING AN
6 EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, Bonaire Associates Ltd., as Principal and.The
8 First National Bank of Chicago, as Surety has filed with the City
9 Letter of Credit No. 304628 in the amount of $8,000.52 to guarantee
10 public improvements at Woodmont Tracts 74/75 for Site Plan 2, Phase
11 2; and
12 WHEREAS, the Engineering Department found that the work
13 has been satisfactorily completed and has recommended release of said
14 bond.
15 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC,
16 FLORIDA:
I SECTION 1: That the Letter of Credit No. 304628 posted
18 by Bonaire Associates Ltd. ,as..principa1 and the First National Bank of
19 Chicago, as Surety, in the amount of $8,000.52 for public improvements
20 at Woodmont Tracts 74/75 Site Plan 2, Phase 2, is HEREBY RELEASED.
21 SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective imme-
22 diately upon adoption.
