CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-85- Wkl'
A RESOLUTION RELEASING A WARRANTY BOND
POSTED FOR PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS BY BONAIRE
ASSOCIATES, LTD., FOR WOODMONT TRACTS 74/75,
SITE PLAN 4; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, Bonaire Associates, Ltd., as principal and The
First National Bank of Chicago, as surety, has filed with the City
Letter of Credit No. 304102 in the amount of $2,785.00 to guarantee
public improvements at Woodmont Tracts 74/75 for Site Plan 4; and
WHEREAS, the Engineering Department found that the work
has been satisfactorily completed and has recommended release of

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC,j
FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the Letter of Credit No. 304102, posted
by Bonaire Associates Ltd., as principal, and The First National
Bank of Chicago, as surety, in the amount of $2,785.00 for public
improvements at Woodmont Tract 74/75 Site Plan 4, is HEREBY RELEASED.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon adoption.
