RESOLUTION NO. R-85-,2?6�
A RESOLUTION RELEASING A CASH WARRANTY BOND
POSTED FOR BEAUTIFICATION BY WOODMONT COR-
PORATION FOR WOODMONT TRACT 56 MODEL SALES
CENTER; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, Woodmont Corporation has posted with the City
a.Cash Bond in the amount of $21,000.00 to guarantee installation of
beautification at Woodmont Tract 56 Model Sales Center; and
WHEREAS, the Chief Building Official has found that the
work has been satisfactorily completed and has recommended release
of said bond.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC,'
FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the Cash Bond posted by Woodmont Corpor-
ation in the amount of $21,000.00 for installation of beautification
at Woodmont Tract 56 Model Sales Center is HEREBY RELEASED.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon adoption.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED this day of ,1985.
