CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-85-,�?/,3-
A RESOLUTION APPROVING RENEWAL OF A WAIVER
TO THE SIGN ORDINANCE REQUESTED BY WOODkIONT
TRACT 72-C,PINEAPPLE PARK; AND PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, Woodmont Tract 72-C, Pineapple Park, has re-
quested renewal of a waiver from the Sign Ordinance No. 84-58 (Code
Chapter 21) governing signs on property other than the applicants;and
WHEREAS, the City Council wishes to grant this request at
this time.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC,j
FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the renewal of a waiver to the Sign
Ordinance requested by Woodmont Tract 72-C, Pineapple Park, for a
temporary announcing sign to be erected on property owned by Barry
Eden (Eden Realty & Development Company) at the northeast corner of
NW 80th Avenue and NW 70 Street, is hereby approved.
SECTION 2: Conditions of Approval:
1: This waiver is valid for one year from July 25, 1985.
2. Owner's (Barry Eden) approval is to be on file in
City Hall.
SECTION 3: This Resolution shall become effective imme-
diately upon adoption.
