CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-85-47"
A RESOLUTION REQUIRING THAT WIRE TRANSFERS OF
EMPLOYEES RETIREMENT PLAN FUNDS BE APPROVED
BY THE CHAIRMAN, VICE-CHAIRMAN AND FINANCE
DIRECTOR MEMBERS OF THE ADMINISTRATIVE BOARD;
REQUIRING WRITTEN NOTICE TO THE FULL ADMINIS-
TRATIVE BOARD AND THE CITY COUNCIL; AND

WHEREAS, the City Council recognizes that although most
financial transactions are made by check, there are occasions
when wire transfer of funds or non -check charges against the
Employee Retirement Plan fund account are made; and
WHEREAS, the City Council recognizes that under certain
conditions, with appropriate safeguards, these transactions
are desirable, and
WHEREAS, the Administrative Board for the Employees
Retirement Plan has recommended the passage of this resolu-
tion.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
_EQT1QN_j: That wire transfers of funds and non -check
charges against the Employee Retirement Plan account are
hereby authorized provided that advance written approval is
obtained from the Chairman, Vice -Chairman and Finance
Director members of the Administrative Board .
SUC-TION 2: A copy of the written approval shall b
provided to all the members of the Administrative Board an
to the members of the City Council.
UQT.10--1: This Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon passage.
