CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-85-- 2.4 %
A RESOLUTION APPOINTING MICHAEL COUZZO AS THE
PUBLIC WORKS DIRECTOR OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC,
PROVIDING FOR A BENEFIT PLAN; AND PROVIDING
ANFFFFSTyE_
WHEREAS, Section 5.04 of the Tamarac City Charter em-
powers the City Manager to appoint the heads of all depart-
ments, subject to the approval of the City Council; and
WHEREAS, the City Manager has recommended the appoint-
ment of Michael Couzzo as the Public Works Director.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECT.1OIV 1: That Michael Couzzo is hereby confirmed as
the Public Works Director of the City of Tamarac.
"ECTI-10-2,: That Michael Couzzo shall be entitled to all
the benefits of the Executive/Managerial Salary and Benefit
Plan as provided in Section 2C of Resolution R-85-6. The
Public Works Director shall not be entitled to a car
allowance benefit.
5E_=S__1: This Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon passage.
