CITY OF. TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-85-oe`1 6)
A RESOLUTION APPOINTING A MEMBER TO THE
BOARD OF CONSUMER AFFAIRS; AND PROVIDING
AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, Section 2-5 of the City Code created a Board
of Consumer Affairs to consist of twelve (12) members; and
WHEREAS, there currently exists one vacancy on the Board
of Consumer Affairs; and
WHEREAS, Council desires to fill such vacancy at this
time.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That Edward Klein is hereby
appointed a member of the Board of Consumer Affairs for a term to
expire on 4/14/86.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective upon
adoption.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED this day of 1985.
