CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-85-271
A RESOLUTION APPOINTING A MEMBER TO THE
PLANNING COMMISSION AND ESTABLISHING TERM OF
OFFICE PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 28 OF THE CODE;
AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, Article III, Chapter 28 of the City Code, created a
Planning Commission; and
WHEREAS, there currently exists a vacancy on the Planning
Commission; and
WHEREAS, Council desires to fill the vacancy with an alter-
nate member for the remainder of the unexpired term and then
appoint a new alternate member.
NOW, THEREFORE -BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That JOSEPH SUITER , an alter-nate
member, is hereby appointed as a member of the Planning Com-
mission to serve the remainder of the term expiring April 15,1986.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective upon
adoption.
PASSED, ADOPTED, AND APPROVED this 11TH day ofSeptember_,1985.
