RESOLUTION NO. R-85-,=
A RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ACCEPTING A 25
FOOT UTILITY EASEMENT OFFERED BY TAMARAC
ENTERPRISES, INC.; AND PROVIDING AN EFFEC-
TIVE DATE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the 25 foot utility easement offered by Tam-
8 arac Enterprises, Inc., for Tamarac Lakes Sanitary Sewer Collection
9 System Project 84-5, is hereby approved and accepted, a copy of said
10 easement being attached hereto as Exhibit 1.
11 SECTION 2: That the City Clerk is hereby authorized and
12 directed to record said easement in the public records of Broward
13 County, Florida.
14 SECTION 3: This Resolution shall become effective upon adop-
15 tion.

GRANT OF UTILITY AND EASEh =
Indenture, made the 12th day of Au ust )
1985, between Tamarac Enterprises, Inc. , Grantor, and the City
of Tamarac, a municipal corporation at 5811 Northwest 88th Avenue,
Tamarac, Florida, 33321, Grantee.
Witnesseth, that for and in consideration of the sum of ten
dollars ($10.00) and other good considerations, the Grantor gives and
grants to the Grantee the right to construct and maintain a pump
station and sewer collection line under and through its property
located in the City of Tamarac more particularly described in the
description set forth as Exhibit "A" and as shown in a sketch on
Exhibit "B
To have and to hold the said easement hereby granted unto
the Grantee and its assigns.
In witness whereof, the Grantee has hereunto set its hand
and seal the day and year first above written.

UTILITY EASEMENT DESCRIPTION
A 25 foot strip of land in the Southeast One -Quarter (SE 1/4) of the Southwest
One -Quartet' (SW 1/4) of Section 16, Township 49 South, Range 42 East, the
centerline of said strip being more particularly described as follows:
COMMENCE at the Southwest corner of Lot 43, Block 1, of TAMARAC LAKES as
recorded in Plat Book 58, Page 40, of the Public Records of Broward County,
Florida;
THENCE on an assumed bearing of South along the West line of said TAMAP.AC
IAKES a distance of 10.00 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING;
THENCE N 89*43146" W along the centerline extension of Northwest 46th Street a
distance of 17.00 feet;
THENCE N 26*32141" W a distance of 89.51 feet to the North line of the South
One -Half (S 1/2) of the said Southwest One -Quarter (SW 1/4) of Section 16,
said point being the POINT OF TERMINATION.
Said land situate in the City of Tamarac, Broward County, Florida containing
