R-85-,= A RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ACCEPTING A 25 FOOT UTILITY EASEMENT OFFERED BY TAMARAC ENTERPRISES, INC.; AND PROVIDING AN EFFEC- TIVE DATE. Witnesseth, that for and in consideration of the sum of ten dollars ($10.00) and other good considerations, the Grantor gives and grants to the Grantee the right to construct and maintain a pump station and sewer collection line under and through its property located in the City of Tamarac more particularly described in the description set forth as Exhibit "A" and as shown in a sketch on Exhibit "B To have and to hold the said easement hereby granted unto the Grantee and its assigns.
