CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-85-c,-Z�
A RESOLUTION RELEASING A WARRANTY BOND POSTED
FOR PAVING AND DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENTS BY
LENNAR HOMES, INC. FOR TAMARAC GARDENS;
AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, Lennar Homes, Inc., as Principal, and Citibank,
N.A., as Surety, has filed with the City Letter of Credit
NABG-R90489 in the amount of $15,561.25 to guarantee paving and'
drainage improvements at Tamarac Gardens; and
WHEREAS, the Engineering Department has found that the
work has been satisfactorily completed and has recommended release
of said Letter of Credit.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the Letter of Credit NABG--R90489 in the
amount of $15,561.25 to guarantee paving and drainage improvements at
Tamarac Gardens is HEREBY RELEASED.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective upon

adoption.
