RESOLUTION NO. R.85-
A RESOLUTION RELEASING A PERFORMANCE BOND
POSTED FOR PUBLIC LANDSCAPING BY LENNAR
HOMES, INC, FOR BELFORT PROJECT; AND PRO-
VIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, Lennar Homes, Inc, as Principal, and Manufac-
turers National Bank of Detroit, as Surety, has filed with the
City Letter of Credit No. 82582 in the amount of $3,340.00 to
guarantee installation of public landscaping at the
Belfort project; and
WHEREAS, the City Engineering Department has found that
the work has been satisfactorily completed and has recommended
release of said bond upon receipt of a one-year warranty bond
in the amount of $835.00.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the Letter of Credit No. 82582 posted by
Lennar Homes, Inc., as Principal, and Manufacturers National
Bank of Detroit, as Surety, in the amount of
$3,340.00 for installation of public landscaping at the
Belfort project, is hereby RELEASED, subject to receipt of a
one-year warranty bond in the amount of $835.00.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon adoption.
