CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-85-aZ&
A RESOLUTION RELEASING A WARRANTY BOND POSTED
FOR PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS BY LAKESIDE
APARTMENTS,PARTNERSHIP; AND PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, Lakeside Apartments, Partnership, as Principal, and
The Ohio Casualty Insurance Company, as Surety, has filed with the
City Bond No. 2-298-838 in the amount of $32,027.21 to guarantee
public improvements at Lakeside Apartments; and
WHEREAS, the City Engineering Department has found that the
work has been satisfactorily completed and has recommended release
of said bond.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the Bond No. 2-298-838 posted by Lakeside
Apartments, Partnership, as Principal, and The Ohio Casualty
Insurance Company, as Surety, in the amount of $32,027.21 for pub-
lic improvements at Lakeside Apartments, is HEREBY RELEASED.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon adoption.
