WHEREAS, the City Council awarded Bid #85-14 by Resolu-
tion R-85--169 for a Grass Vacuum attachment to be used on the
City's Hustler grass cutter; and
WHEREAS, the payment for the equipment has not been
made, nor has the equipment been delivered; and
WHEREAS, the City Manager and Public Works director
recommend the cancellation of the purchase (and the seller
has no objection);
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
QQN1: -That Resolution R-85-169 awarding
Bid #85-14 for equipment from DeBra Turf & Equipment Co., in
the amount of $2,525.00, is hereby repealed.
: This Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon passage.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED this' day of
