CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-85-�
A RESOLUTION RELEASING A PERFORMANCE BOND
POSTED FOR PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS BY BONAIRE
ASSOCIATES, LTD. AT WOODMONT TRACT 74/75,
SITE PLAN 2, PHASE 1; AND PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, Bonaire Associates, Ltd., as Principal, and
The First National Bank of Chicago, as Surety, has filed with the
City Letter of Credit #1402-00303458 in the amount of $40,895.05 to
guarantee public improvements at Woodmont Tract 74/75, Site Plan 2,
Phase 1; and
WHEREAS, the Engineering Department has found that the
work has been satisfactorily completed and has recommended release
of said Letter of Credit upon receipt of a one year warranty bond
in the amount of $12,166.68 and receipt of additional engineering
fees in the amount of $299.84.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: ThaAL the Letter Of Credit #1402-00303458 in
the amount of $40,895.05 to guarantee public improvements at Woodmont
Tract 74/75, Site Plan 2, Phase 1, posted by Bonaire Associates, Ltd.,
as Principal, and The First National Bank of Chicago, as Surety, is
HEREBY RELEASED subject to receipt of a one year warranty bond in
the amount of $12,166.68 and receipt of additional engineering fees
in the amount of $299.84.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective upon
adoption.
