CITY OF TAMARAC,FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-85-290.
A RESOLUTION GRANTING A SPECIAL USE EXCEPTION
FOR ON -PREMISES CONSUMPTION OF BEER AND WINE
TO NUNZIO AND MARIA OSSO D/B/A NUNZIO'S
ITALIAN RESTAURANT, BAY 44, TAMARAC MARKET
PLACE; PETITION #20-Z-85; AND PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the Code of the City of Tamarac provides for the
granting of special exception to permit the on --premises consumptio
of beer and wine on the premises at Bay 44, Tamarac Market Place,
Tamarac; and
WHEREAS, a Public Hearing has been held and the public has be
given an opportunity to express their views concerning the applica-
tion for Special Exception; and
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Tamarac finds that the
petition for special exception would be in keeping with the public
health, safety and general welfare of the City of Tamarac.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
,SECTION 1_ That the petition for special exception to permit
the consumption of beer and wine at Nunzio's Italian Restaurant,
Bay 44, Tamarac Market Place, 10012 W. McNab Road, Petition
#20-Z-85, is HEREBY APPROVED, and granted to Nunzio and Maria
Osso D/B/A Nunzio's Italian Restaurant.
SECTION 2: Conditions of approval (if any):
1- This license is not transferable to any other person or
any other location without the approval of the City
Council.
2- The hours of operating shall be 8:00 AM to 2:00 AM, local
time.

SECTION 3: This Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon adoption.
