CITY OF TAMARACr FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R--85 -293
A RESOLUTION ISSUING DEVELOPMENT ORDER NO. 170 FOR
A REVISED SITE PLAN FOR AMOCO OIL SERVICE STATION,
SOUTHEAST CORNER OF STATE ROAD 7 AND COMMERCIAL
BOULEVARD; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, pursuant to the instructions of the City Council of
Tamarac, Florida, a public meeting has been advertised in accordance
with applicable law of the dater time and place of the meeting re-
garding the review of the application for a development order by the
applicant for development approval; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has examined and investigated the
�application and staff recommendations• and the attached Develo ment

Review Status Sheet dated 9/20/85; and
WHEREAS, the City Council reviewed the development order and
laccompanying documents at a public meeting; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that the application
is in compliance with all elements of the comprehensive Plan, or
will be in compliance prior to the issuance of a Certificate of
Occupancy for the development that is the subject of the applica-

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the application for approval of a revised
site plan for Amoco Oil Service Station, Southeast corner of State
Road 7 and Commercial Boulevard, prepared by Jackson and Nunn,
Architects, revised September 20, 1985, to reflect four (4) new pump
islands with four (4) dispensers, is approved subject to the follow-
ing conditions:
A: Construction is to be in complete compliance with the plans
and specifications submitted by the developer to the City of
Tamarac as described in Section II of the Development Review Status
et and approved engineering drawings.

4 B: Commencement of construction shall be no longer than one
5 year from the date of this approval. If the development does not
commence construction within one year, this approval is null and
void unless an extension has been granted in accordance with appli-
cable regulations.
9 C: the development order is assignable, but an assignment does
10 not discharge any assignee from strict compliance with the order
11 unless the City Council consents to modify any of the original
17 requirements.
13 D: Additional conditions established in order to issue the
14 development order are set forth as follows:
15 1 - There shall be two planters, one between the two driveways on the
16 Commercial Boulevard side and one between the two driveways on the
State Road 7 side of the property; each will have a continuous low
17 hedge and not less than four (4) flowering hibiscus in accordance
with the revised plan.

19 SECTION 2: Should any section or provision of this develop-
20 ment order be declared by a court of competent jurisdiction to be
21 invalid, the City Council shall determine if the other portions of
22 the order remain valid or whether the approval shall be null and
23 void.
SECTION 3: this development order as conditioned shall
become effective immediately upon its passage.
