CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-85-2?95
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE APPROPRIATE CITY
OFFICIALS TO CALL THE PERFORMANCE BOND POSTED
BY PHILIP FRYBERGH AND/OR JAMALINE PROPERTIES
INC., FOR PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS ASSOCIATED WITH
PROGRAM UNDERWRITERS BUILDING; AND PROVIDING
AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, Philip Frybergh and/or Jamaline Properties, Inc., as
Principal, with Hartford Accident and Indemnity Company, as surety,
has filed with the City Bond No. 4505867 in amount of $875.00 to
guarantee public improvements associated with the Program Under-
writers Building; and
WHEREAS, the bond is due to expire and there is not properly
completed work; and
WHEREAS, the principal has been notified that the work is not
properly completed.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the recitations set forth above are true
and correct.
SECTION 2: That Bond No. 4505867, in the amount of $875.00,
posted by Philip Frybergh and/or Jamaline Properties, Inc., as prin-
cipal, with Hartford Accident and Indemnity Company, as surety, is
hereby called by the City of Tamarac if an extension has not been
provided to said bond by September 27, 1985.
SECTION 3: This Resolution shall become effective upon
adoption.
