b A RESOLUTION PROVIDING FOR AN INCREASE IN
RATES ASSESSED BY THE CITY FOR LOT CLEARING
7 AND MOWING PURSUANT TO SECTION 11-13 OF THE
TAMARAC CITY CODE; REPEALING RESOLUTION
R-82-349; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, Sec. 11-13 of the Tamarac City Code provides
that the City shall clear lots in violation of certain health
11 and aesthetic ordinances and charge the lot owners; and
12 WHEREAS, such rates have not been increased since 1982.
13 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:

SECTION 1: That the following rates are hereby estab-
15 lished to be assessed against owners of property for lot
clearing as provided in Section 11-13 of the Tamarac City
16 Code:

18 RATE_SCHEDULE
.0 A flat rate of $47.50 per half hour (with a one hour minimum)
shall be charged for all mowing by City employees. Said
21 charge shall include labor, materials, administrative costs,
and machinery not listed below.

24 Hydro--axe/Operator $150.00 per hour
25 Dozer/Operator $ 75.00 per hour
26 Backhoe/Operator $ 75.00 per hour
27 Dump Truck/Operator $ 60.00 per hour
28 Pick-up Truck/Operator $ 30.00 per hour
29. ,let Vactor/Operator $110.00 per hour
30 Dump Fee $ 25.00 per load
These fees are assessed for a minimum one hour or one load and
are separate from any mowing charges which may be assessed for
work performed.
,ECTIOIJ 2: Resolution R-82-349 is hereby repealed.
s4 .aZC2 QN 3: This Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon adoption.
*The prior rate resolution is repealed; therefore, this reso-
lution contains all new language; no underlining is used.
