CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-85-ao_'2�
A RESOLUTION APPROVING CHANGE ORDER 4 ON
SANITARY SEWER REHABILITATION (PROJECT 84-4);
APPROVING PAYMENT 5 IN THE AMOUNT OF $34,968.59
TO INTERSTATE PIPE MAINTENANCE, INC.; AND
PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the City Manager and the City Engineer/Utilities
Director have recommended approval of change order 4 and payment
5.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That Change Order 4 on Sanitary Sewer
Rehabilitation (Project 84-4), being certain additions to line
item costs requiring an additional expenditure of $29,984.00, and
also extending the time provided for completion in the contract by
forty-five (45) days, is hereby approved.
100ION 2: That payment 5 in the amount of $34,968.59 to
Interstate Pipe Maintenance, Inc., is hereby approved.
SECTION 3: This Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon passage.
