CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-85-3/0
A RESOLUTION RELEASING A CASH WARRANTY BOND
POSTED FOR PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS BY MONTWOOD,
INC., FOR THE WOODMONT MAINTENANCE AREA;
AND PROVIDING AN ,EFFECTIVE DATE. --
WHEREAS, Montwood, Inc. has filed with the City a Cash
Bond in the amount of $2,450.00 to guarantee public improvements
at the Woodmont Maintenance Area; and
WHEREAS, the City Engineering Department has found that
the work has been satisfactorily completed and has recommended
release of said bond.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTIQU 1: That the Cash Bond posted by Montwood,
Inc., in the amount of $2,450.00 for public improvements at the
Woodmont Maintenance Area, is HEREBY RELEASED.
,S,ECTION_2: This Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon adoption.
