RESOLUTION NO. R-85-,---3�
A RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ACCEPTING A
RIGHT--OF-WAY DEED OFFERED BY RANDALL/
HAFT/BERNSTEIN FOR 2 FEET ALONG McNAB
ROAD FOR THE McNAB CORNERS PROJECT; AND
PROVIDING AN_ EFFECTIVE D�..T_F-*
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
ES CTIO 1: That the right-of-way deed offered by
Randall/Haft/Bernstein for 2--feet along McNab Road, for the McNab
Corners Project, is hereby approved and accepted, a copy of said
deed being attached hereto as Exhibit A.
SECTION 2: That the appropriate City officials are
hereby authorized to execute said deed on behalf of the City.
SECTION 3: That the City Clerk is hereby authorized
and directed to record said deed in the public records of Bf'oward
County, Florida.
SECTION 4: This Resolution shall become effective
upon adoption.

RIGHT-OF--WAY DEED
THIS INDENTURE made this,& -l-" day of September, 1985
by and between RANDALL/HAFT/BERNTEIN, a general partnership,
whose address is 11401 Biscayne Boulevard, Miami, Florida
33181 and the CITY OF TAMARAC, a Florida municipal
corporation, whose address is 5811 N.W. 88th Avenue, Tamarac,
Florida 33321, and its successors in interest.
RANDALL/HAFT/BERNSTEIN, for and in consideration of
the sum of One ($1.00) Dollar, receipt of which is hereby
acknowledged, and for other good and valuable consideration,
does hereby grant, bargain, sell and convey to the CITY
OF TAMARAC, and its successors in interest, the following
described land lying and being in the City of Tamarac,
County of Broward, State of Florida, to -wit:
SEE "SKETCH AND LEGAL" EXHIBIT "A" ATTACHED HERETO.
It is the intention of RANDALL/HAFT/BERNSTEIN by this
instrument to convey to the CITY OF TAMARAC the land above
described for use as a public road right--of-way and for
all lawful purposes incidental thereto.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, RANDALL/HAFT/BERNSTEIN has signed
and sealed this instrument on the day and year set forth
hereinabove.

A RESOLUTION RELEASING FOUR (4) CASH BONDS
POSTED BY LENNAR HOMES, INC. TO GUARANTEE
INSTALLATION OF IRRIGATION FOR BUILDINGS
D-1, D-2, D-3 AND D-4 OF THE BELFORT
U_OJECT AND PROVIDING, AN EFEECTIYE DATE.
WHEREAS, Lennar Homes, Inc., has filed with the City
the following cash bonds to guarantee installation of irrigation
for certain Buildings at the Belfort Project:
Building D-1 - $1,800.00
Building D--2 - 1,200.00
Building D-3 - 1,200.00
Building D--4 - 1,200.00
WHEREAS, the Chief Building Official has found that
the work has been satisfactorily completed and has recommended
release of said bonds.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTIQ,N 1: That the following Cash Bonds posted by
Lennar Homes, Inc., to guarantee installation of irrigation for
certain buildings at the Belfort Project, are HEREBY RELEASED:
Building D-1 - $1,800.00
Building D-2 - lr200.00
Building D-3 - 1,200.00
Building D-4 - 1,200.00
SECTIQN 2: This Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon adoption.
