CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-85-- 3/ %
A RESOLUTION RELEASING A CASH WARRANTY BOND
POSTED BY INLAND SEALCOATING, INC., FOR THE
MEDIAN CUT ON LAGOS de CAMPO BOULEVARD,
AND —PROVIDING F CTI E D
WHEREAS, Inland Sealcoating, Inc., has filed with the
City a Cash Bond in the amount of $400.00 to guarantee the medi
cut on Lagos de Campo Boulevard; and
WHEREAS, the City Engineering Department has found thati
the work has been satisfactorily completed and has recommended
release of said bond.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the Cash Bond posted by Inland
Sealcoating, Inc. in the amount of $400.00 for the median cut on
Lagos de Campo Boulevard is HEREBY RELEASED.
SE.CTIOIL2: This Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon adoption.
