A RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ACCEPTING A
BILL OF SALE ABSOLUTE FROM UNIVERSITY
COMMUNITY HOSPITAL FOR THE WATER
DISTRIBUTION SYSTEM IMPROVEMENTS FOR
UNIVERSITY COMMUNITY HOSPITAL; AND
PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC,
FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the Bill of Sale Absolute offered by
University Community Hospital for the water distribution
system for University Community Hospital is HEREBY APPROVED.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon its adoption.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED this day of ,1985.
