CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-85- �o
A RESOLUTION RELEASING A CASH WARRANTY BOND
POSTED FOR PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS BY PROFESSIONAL
FORMS AND SYSTEMS, INC. FOR THE PROFESSIONAL
ROJECT• AND P IDI FECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, Professional Forms and Systems, Inc., as
Principal, has filed with the City a Cash Bond in the amount of
$659.12 to guarantee public improvements at Professional Forms
Project; and
WHEREAS, the City Engineering Department has found that
the work has been satisfactorily completed and has recommended
release of said bond.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECT -ON l: That the Cash Bond posted by Professional
Forms and Systems, Inc., in the amount of $659.12 for public
improvements at Professional Forms Project, is HEREBY RELEASED.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon adoption.
