4 A RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ACCEPTING A BILL OF SALE
ABSOLUTE FROM DENNIS SIEGEL
5 FOR THE WATER DISTRIBUTION AND SEWAGE COLLECTION
SYSTEM IMPROVEMENTS FOR SIEGEL FUNERAL HOME;
AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
8 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC,
9 FLORIDA:
10 SECTION 1: That the Bill of Sale Absolute offered by
31 DENNIS SIEGEL for the water distribution
22 and sewage collection system for Siegel Funeral Home
23 is HEREBY APPROVED.
14 SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective imme-
diately upon its adoption.
16 PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED this 9 day of 1965,.
