CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-85-322
A RESOLUTION RENEWING A WAIVER TO THE SIGN
ORDINANCE REQUESTED BY HOMELAND ENTERPRISES,
INC. (EDGEWATER VILLAGE) FOR A TEMPORARY
DIRECTIONAL SIGN; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE
DATE,
WHEREAS, Homeland Enterprises, Inc. (Edgewater
Village) has requested renewal of a waiver to the Sign
Ordinance No. 84-58 governing approval of signs on property
other than the applicant's property.
SECT1014.1: That the renewal of a waiver to the
Sign Ordinance requested by Homeland Enterprises, Inc.
(Edgewater Village) for a temporary directional sign, on a
vacant lot on the north side of Commercial Boulevard, east of
Sun Bank, is HEREBY APPROVED.
SECTION 2: Conditions of Approval:
1. This waiver is valid for one (1) year from
October 12, 1985.
2. Area within a 20-foot radius of the sign is to be
maintained; otherwise this waiver is subject to can-
cellation by Council after a 10-day warning.
SE.CTI9N_3: This Resolution shall become
effective upon adoption.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED this 9th day of October
1985.
