CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R--85-324
A RESOLUTION APPROVING A WAIVER TO THE SIGN
ORDINANCE REQUESTED BY A & 0 FOOD STORE,
SWANSON WEST, 8433 WEST COMMERCIAL BOULEVARD
FOR A SECQND_ SI 4 AND PROVIDINP_ AN_ EFFECTIVE DATE_
WHEREAS, A & 0 Food Store has requested a waiver from the
Sign Ordinance No. 84-58 (Code Chapter 21) governing signs; and
WHEREAS, the Beautification Committee reviewed this request
and has made recommendation thereon; and
WHEREAS, the Chief Building Official reviewed said waiver.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the waiver to the Sign Ordinance re-
quested by A & 0 Food Store, Swanson West, 8433 West Commercial
Boulevard for a second sign on the south end of the east wall is
hereby approved.
SECTION 2: Conditions of Approval:.
1 - This waiver shall be valid for one (1) year from
October 9, 1985.
E TIQN 3: This Resolution shall become effective im-
mediately upon adoption.
