CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-85
A RESOLUTION RELEASING A PERFORMANCE BOND
POSTED FOR SIDEWALKS BY LENNAR HOMES, INC.,
KINGS POINT RECREATION COMPLEX; AND
PRQVIDINg AN EFFECTIVE DATB.
WHEREAS, Lennar Homes, Inc., as Principal, and Citibank
N.A., as Surety, has filed with the City Letter of Credit No.
NABG--R90762 in the amount of $18,625.00 to guarantee sidewalks
at the Kings Point Recreation Complex: and
WHEREAS, the City Engineering Department has found that
the work has been satisfactorily completed and has recommended
release of said bond upon receipt of a one-year warranty bond in
the amount of $10,039.69.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the Letter of Credit
No. NABG-R90762 posted by Lennar Homes, Inc., as Principal,
and Citibank, N.A., as Surety, in the amount of $18,625.00
for sidewalks at the Kings Point Recreation Complex Project
is HEREBY RELEASED, subject to receipt of one-year warranty
bond in the amount of $10,039.69.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become
effective immediately upon adoption.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED this day of 1985.
