CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO: R-85�
A RESOLUTION APPROVING ADDENDUM NO.. x TO AN
AGR:EEMENI' WITH BILLY BOB'S, INC. FOR USE OF
ITS FIRING RANGE FACILITIES FOR MARKSMANSHIP
TRAINING AND PRACTICE BY TAMARAC'S SWORN
POLICE OFFICERS; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE
DATE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TMIARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the proper City Officials are hereby authorized to
execute Addendum No. 1 (attached) to the Agreement with Billy Bob's, Inc., for
use of its fixing range facilities for marksmanship training and practice by
Tamarac's sworn Police Officers.

TAMARAC POLICE FIRING RANGE AGREEMENT

This Addendum No. 1 hereby incorporates the following amendments into
the Agreement dated July 1, 1983, between the City of Tamarac(CITY) and
Billy Bob's, Inc.(RANGE) for the use of its firing range facilities for
marksmanship training and practice by Tamarac's sworn Police Officers.
All provisions of said Agreement not modified, changed or amended by this
Addendum No. 1 are hereby incorporated by reference and the parties agree
that they have full force and effect.
SECTION 1: Paragraph 5 is amended to read as follows:
RANGE warrants and otherwise materially represents that
it currently has comprehensive liability insurance in the amount of three
million dollars ($3,000,000) to protect it and CITY from claims for damages
or personal injury, including accidental death as well as from claims for
property damage which may arise from the operations hereunder and that
RANGE shall maintain same in full force and effect during the term of the
Agreement as amended. A Certificate of Insurance shall be attached to
this Addendum No. 1 (Exhibit "A") at the time and place of execution of
this Addendum No. 1.
SECTION 2: Paragraphs 6 and 7 are rewritten to read as the following
new Paragraph 6:
6. This Addendum No. 1 shall take effect November 1,
1985, and shal.i be in force until terminated by any of the parties.
Termination made pursuant to this Paragraph shall be made with thirty (30)
days written notice to the other party at the following address:
