CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-85-,-_3�
A RESOLUTION INCREASING THE ENGINEERING
REVIEW CHARGE CONTAINED IN THE CITY'S WATER
AND SEWER AGREEMENTS WITH DEVELOPERS; PRO-
VIDING A REPEALER; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE
DATE,_
WHEREAS, Section 27-58 of the Tamarac City Code author-
izes the City Council to set the amount of an engineering
review charge contained in the City's water and sewer agree-
ments with developers; and
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has recommended an increase
in said charge to account for the increased cost of review by
the City's consulting engineer since the charge was first set
in Resolution R--80-145.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
,SECTION 1: That the engineering review charge author-
ized by Section 27-58 of the Tamarac City Code is hereby
increased to $750.00 rather than $500.00.
5ECTION 2: That Resolution R-80-145 and all other
resolutions in conflict are repealed.
SECTION__3: This Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon passage.
