RESOLUTION NO. R-85- 3
A RESOLUTION GRANTING RENEWAL OF A WAIVER OF THE
SIGN ORDINANCE REQUESTED BY WELLENS FURNITURE

WHEREAS, Wellens Furniture Company has requested renewal
of a waiver of the Sign Ordinance 84-58 governing temporary
directional signs.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the extension to a waiver of the Sign
Ordinance requested by Wellens Furniture Company for a second
temporary ground directional sign, to be erected west of the
driveway entrance at 3801 West Commercial Boulevard, is HEREBY
APPROVED.
SECTION2: Conditions of approval:
1: This approval is granted for one year from
October 28, 1985.
EE T� ION-3: This Resolution shall become effective
upon adoption.
