A RESOLUTION APPOINTING AN ALTERNATE MEMBER TO THE
BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT AND ESTABLISHING 'TERMS OF OFFICE
PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 28 OF THE CODE; AND PROVIDING
AN EFFECTIVE DATE.

WHEREAS, Article II, Chapter 28 of the City Code, created a Board of
Adjustment; and
WHEREAS, there currently exists a vacancy on the Board of Adjustment; and
WHEREAS, Council desires to fill the vacancy of the alternate m@zber for
the remainder of the unexpired term.
NOW, SORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That ARTHUR SANTMAN
is hereby appointed
as an alternate member of the Board of Adjustment to serve the remainder of the
term expiring July 8, 1985.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective upon adoption.
