CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-85-,�,4'��
A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE FLORIDA DEPARTMENT
OF ENVIRONMENTAL REGULATION'S SMALL COMMUNITY
SEWER CONSTRUCTION ASSISTANCE ACT GRANT NO.
753030 (STEP 2+3) FOR THE TRANSMISSION FACILITIES -
NORTHWEST FORCE MAIN PROJECT; AND PROVIDING FOR
THE PROPER CITY OFFICIALS TO EXECUTE AND
PROCESS THE NECESSARY DOCUMENTS; AND PROVIDING
AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the City of Tamarac has applied for a Florida Department of
Environmental Regulation Small Community Sewer Construction Assistance
Act grant and that grant has been approved.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the City of Tamarac hereby accepts the offer of a
state grant No. 753030 (Step 2+3) in the amount of $512,738 for
construction of the Transmission Facilities - Northwest force Main
project 84-6.
SECTION 2: That the proper City officials are authorized to execute
and process the necessary documents as required by the Florida Department
of Environmental Regulation.
SECTION 3: That this Resolution shall become effective immediately
upon adoption.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED this6v7day of October, 1985.
