CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-85- 3 6
A RESOLUTION ISSUING DEVELOPMENT ORDER NO. 179
FOR A REVISED SITE PLAN FOR WOODMONT TRACT 67A
7597 N.W. 86TH TERRACE; AND PROVIDING AN EFFEC-
TIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, pursuant to the instructions of the City Council of t
City of Tamarac, Florida, a public meeting has been advertised in
accordance with applicable law of the date, time and place of t
meeting regarding the review of the application for a Developmer
Order #179 by the applicant for development approval; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has examined and investigated the
application and staff recommendations, and the attached Development
Review Status Sheet dated November 7, 1985; and
WHEREAS, The City Council has determined that the application
is in compliance with all elements of its Comprehensive Plan, or will
be in compliance prior to the issuance of a Certificate of Occupancy
for the development that is the subject of the application.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC,
FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the application for approval of a revised
site plan for Woodmont Tract 67-A, 7597 N.W. 86th Terrace, prepared b:
Atrium at Woodmont, revised November 7, 1985, to reflect pool enlarge
ment, canopy and fence relocation is approved subject to the followini
conditions:
A. Construction is to be in complete compliance with the plans
and specification submitted by the developer to the City of Tamarac
as described in Section ii of the Development Review Status Sheet and
approved engineering drawings.
B. Commencement of construction shall be no longer than one
year from the date of this approval. if the development does not
commence construction within one year, this approval is null and void
unless an extension has been granted in accordance with applicable
regulations.

C. The Development Order is assignable, but an assignment doe
not discharge any assignee from strict compliance with the Ord
unless the City Council consents to modify any of the origin
requirements.
D. Additional conditions established in order to issue the
Development Order are set forth as follows:
SECTION 2: Should any section or provision of this Develop-
ment Order be declared by a Court of competent jurisdiction to be in-
valid, the City Council shall determine if the other portions of the
Order remain valid or whether the approval shall be null and void.
SECTION 3: This Development Order as conditioned shall become
effective immediately upon adoption.
