CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-85- 3%d
A RESOLUTION GRANTING A SPECIAL USE EXCEPTION TO
PERMIT THE EXPANSION OF SQUARE FOOT AREA OF THE
EXISTING BEVERLY HILLS CAFE INTO BAY D OF
COMMERCIAL GARDEN MALL, 7041 WEST COMMERCIAL
BOULEVARD, PETITION #26-Z-85; AND PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the Code of the City of Tamarac provides for
the granting of special exception to permit the expansion of
square foot area of the existing Beverly Hills Cafe into Bay D of
Commercial Garden Mall, 7041 West Commercial Boulevard, Tamarac;
and
WHEREAS, a Public Hearing has been held and the public
has been given an opportunity to express their views concerning
the application for special exception; and
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Tamarac finds that
the petition for special exception would be in keeping with the
public health, safety and general welfare of the City of Tamarac.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1_ That the petition for special exception
to permit the expansion of square foot area of the existing
Beverly Hills Cafe into Bay D of Commercial Garden Mall, 7041 West
Commercial Boulevard, is HEREBY APPROVED.
SECTION 2: Conditions of approval: '> ^P
SECTION 3: This Resolution shall become effective
upon adoption.
