CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-85---t2&
A RESOLUTION GRANTING A SPECIAL USE EXCEPTION TO
PERMIT THE OPERATION OF A RESTAURANT IN BAY 7 OF
3 LAKES PLAZA AT 4611 NW 31 AVENUE REQUESTED BY
WINGSr ETC., PETITION #28-Z-85; AND PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the Code of the City of Tamarac provides for the
granting of special exception to permit the operation of a restau-
rant in Bay 7 of 3 Lakes Plaza at 4611 NW 31 Avenue, Tamarac; and
WHEREAS, a Public Hearing has been held and the public
has been given an opportunity to express their views concerning the
application for special exception; and
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Tamarac finds that
the petition for special exception would be in keeping with the
public health, safety and general welfare of the City of Tamarac.
NOWr THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the petition for special exception to
permit the operation of a restaurant in Bay 7 of 3 Lakes Plaza at
4611 NW 31 Avenue, requested by Wings, Etc., is HEREBY APPROVED.
SECTION 2: Conditions of approval:
SECTION 3: This Resolution shall become effective
upon adoption.
