RESOLUTION NO. R-85--372
A RESOLUTION GRANTING A SPECIAL USE EXCEP-
TION FOR CONSUMPTION OF BEER AND WINE RE-
QUESTED BY EDWARD PAUCEK AT WINGS, ETC.,
3 LAKES PLAZA --BAY 7 - 4611 NW 31ST AVENUE
PETITION 29-Z-85; AND PROVIDING AN EFFEC-
TIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the Code of the City of Tamarac provides for the
granting of special exception to permit the consumption of
beer and wine on the premises at Wings, Etc.; and
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Tamarac finds that the
petition for special exception would be in keeping with the public
health, safety and general welfare of the City of Tamarac.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the petition for special exception to permit
the consumption of beer and wine requested by Edward
Paucek at Bay 7, 3 Lakes Plaza, 4611 NW 31st Avenue, Petition
#29-Z-85, is HEREBY APPROVED.
SECTION 2: Conditions of approval:
1) Pursuant to Chapter 3 of the City Code.
2) Not transferable without approval of
City Council.
SECTION 3: This Resolution shall become effective imme-
diately upon adoption.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED this 27day of Novgmber _,1985.
