CITY OF.TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-85-3%
A RESOLUTION GRANTING A SPECIAL USE EXCEPTION
FOR CONSUMPTION OF BEER AND WINE AT PK RESTAURANT
BAY 15 - 3 LAKES PLAZA, 3134 WEST COMMERCIAL
BOULEVARD; -AND- PR VIDI N EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the Code of the City of Tamarac provides for the
granting of special exception to permit the consumption of beer and
wine on the premises at PK Restaurant Bay 15 - 3 Lakes Plaza, 3134
West Commercial Boulevard, Tamarac; and
WHEREAS, a Public Hearing has been held and the public
has been given an opportunity to express their views concerning the
application for Special Exception; and
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Tamarac finds that
the petition for special exception would be in keeping with the
public health, safety and general welfare of the City of Tamarac.
.NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION l: That the petition for special exception to
permit the consumption of beer and wine at the PK Restaurant Bay 15
- 3 Lakes Plaza, 3134 West Commercial Boulevard.
SECTION 2: Conditions of approval.
1) Pursuant to Chapter 3 of the City Code.
2) Not transferable without approval of City Council.
SECTION 3: This Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon adoption.
