RESOLUTION NO. R-85- 381
A RESOLUTION APPROVING A WAIVER TO THE SIGN
ORDINANCE. REQUESTED BY 3 LAKES PLAZA,
4641 NW 31 AVENUE, AND PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE,
WHEREAS, 3 LAKES PLAZA has requested a waiver from the
Sign Ordinance No. 84-58 (Code Chapter 21) governing signs; and
WHEREAS, the Beautification Committee reviewed this re-
quest and has made recommendation thereon; and
WHEREAS, the Chief Building Official reviewed said
waiver.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION,.,3. That the waiver to the Sign Ordinance re-
quested by 3 Lakes Plaza for a double-faced, illuminated ground
directory sign on West Commercial Boulevard 200 feet from NW 31
Avenue and another on NW 31 Avenue approximately 65 feet from Plaza
entrance, are hereby approved.
2: Conditions of Approval:
1) Directory signs must be ten (10) feet from
the property line.
,SECTION 3` This Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon adoption.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED this 27thday of November , 1985.
