A RESOLUTION ISSUING A `REVISED DEVELOPMENT ORDER
FOR _THE T.B.C. EQUITIES OFFICE BUILDING
PROJECT. DEVELOPMMr1 ORDER - .]0. 134-1AI`]D PROVIDING
AN MCTIVE DATE.
WffR1As, pursuant to the instructions of the City Council of the City of
Tamarac, Florida, a public meeting has been advertised in accordance with applicable
law of the date, time and place of the meeting regarding the review of the applica-
tion -for a revised development order by the applicant for development approval; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has examined and investigated the application,
staff and Planning Commission recommendations, and the attached Development Review
Status Sheet dated 11 / 2 2 / 8 5 ; and
1,=AS, the City Council reviewed the development order and accompanying
documents at a public meeting; and
%=EAS, the City Council has determined that the application is in ccrr
pliance with all elements of its Comprehensive Plan, or will be in compliance prior
to the issuance of a Certificate of Occupancy for any unit on the development that
is the subject of the application.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLD BY THE COUP]CIL OF THE CITY OF TAhaRAC,
I FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the development described on the attached development review
status sheet dated 11 22 85 is granted a revised.development order to proceed sub-
ject. to_. the followina conditinn-. -
A. Construction is to be in complete ccmpliance with the plans and spec-
ifications submitted by the developer to the City of Tamarac as described in
Section II of the Development Review Status Sheet and approved engineering drawings.
B. Ccmm encenent of construction shall be no longer than one year from the
date of this approval. If the development does not cannence construction within
one year, this approval is null and void unless an extension has been granted in
accordance with applicable regulations.
C. The development order is assignable, but an assignment does not
discharge any assignee from strict compliance with the order unless the City Council
consents to modify any of the original requirements.

D. Additional conditions established in order to issue the ddevelopment
order are set forth as follows:
1) Relocate dumpster to abut parking space #21.
2) Payment of fee to Traffic Signalization Fund and
Trafficways Improvement fee of $4,236.64 when appropri-
ate ordinance passes.
SECTION 2: Should any section or provision of this development order be
declared by a court of campetent jurisdiction to be invalid, the City Council shall
determine if the other portions of the order remain valid or whether the approval
shall be null and void.
S=CN 3: This development order as conditioned shall became effective
immediately upon passage.
