A RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ACCEPTING A WAR-
RANTY DEED FOR AN EXCAVATED CANAL RIGHT-OF-
WAY PARCEL "A" BISHOP TRACT 26, AND 31
OFFERED BY PINE ISLAND - OXFORD LTD.
PARTNERSHIP FOR HIDDEN HARBOUR PROJECT; AND
PROVIDING AN EFFECTIV DATE
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the Warranty deed for an excavated canal
Right -of -Way in Parcel "A", Bishop Tracts 26 and 31 offered by Pine
Island Oxford Limited Partnership for Hidden Harbour, is APPROVED and
ACCEPTED, a copy of said deed being attached hereto as Exhibit A.
SECTION 2: That the City Clerk is hereby authorized and direc-
ted to record said deed in the public records of Broward County.
SECTION 3: This Resolution shall become effective immedi-
ately upon adoption.

WARRANTY DEED
THIS WARRANTY DEED made and executed the W� day of
1985, by PINE ISLAND - OXFORD LIMITED PARTNERSHIP,
a Maryland Limited Partnership, hereinafter called the Grantor,
to THE CITY OF TAMARAC, a Florida municipal corporation having
an address at 5811 Northwest 88th Avenue, Tamarac, Florida 33321,
hereinafter called the Grantee:
(Whenever used herein the terms "Grantor" and "Grantee" include all
the parties to this instrument and their successors and assigns}--
W I T N E S S E T H:
That the Grantor, for and in consideration of the sum of
Ten Dollars ($10) and other valuable considerations, receipt
whereof is hereby acknowledged, by these presents does grant,
bargain, sell, alien, remise, release, convey and confirm unto
the Grantee, all that certain land situate in Broward County,
Florida, viz:
Legal Description attached as Exhibit "A"
SUBJECT TO taxes for 1986, and subsequent years.
TOGETHER with all the tenements, hereditaments and appur-
tenances thereto belonging or in anywise appertaining.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD, the same in fee simple forever.
AND the Grantor hereby covenants with said Grantee that
it is lawfully seized of said land in fee simple; that it has
good right and lawful authority to sell and convey said land;
that it hereby fully warrants the title to said land and will
defend the same against the lawful claims of all persons whomso-
ever; and that said land is free of all encumbrances.
