BE IT RESOLVED, BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA: SECTION 1: That the Quit Claim Deed offered by Mobil Oil Corporation for a portion of Right -of --Way along Commercial Boule- vard and State Road 7 (441) in connection with the Service Station at the northeast corner of Commercial Boulevard and State Road 7, is HEREBY APPROVED and accepted, a copy of said deed being attached hereto as Exhibit "A". SECTION 2: The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to record said Quit Claim Deed in the public records of Broward County, Florida.
