CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-851?f f _
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE APPROPRIATE CITY
OFFICIALS TO CALL THE PERFORMANCE BOND POSTED
BY HARDRIVES COMPANY, FOR PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS
ASSOCIATED WITH UNIVERSITY COMMUNITY HOSPITAL
PARKING LOT, AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, Hardrives Company, as principal, with St. Paul Fire
and Marine Insurance Company, as surety, has filed with the City a
bond in the amount of $1,150.00 to guarantee public improvements
associated with the University Community Hospital parking lot; and
WHEREAS, the bond is due to expire and there is not properly
completed work; and
WHEREAS, the principal has been notified that the work is not
properly completed.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARACI
FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the recitations set forth above are true and
correct.
SECTION 2: That the bond in the amount of $1,150.00, posted by
Hardrives Company as principal, with St. Paul Fire and Marine
Insurance Company, as surety.is hereby called by the City of Tamarac
if an extension has not.been provided to said bond on or before
December 3, 1985.
SECTION 3: This Resolution shall become effective upon
adoption.
